Samsung Working on Three-Panel Smartphone (androidauthority.com) 24
Samsung is working on a trifold smartphone that could be unveiled at the company's July 9th Unpacked event, according to leaked animations discovered in the latest One UI 8 build update. The animations, spotted by Android Authority, reveal a three-panel device with a dual-hinge folding mechanism where the left-hand display folds inward while the right-hand display sandwiches over the top.
The device features a triple-camera setup on the rear of the right-hand panel when fully unfolded, with the central panel serving as a cover display. The animations label the device as "Multifold 7," though it is speculated to be called the "Galaxy G Fold."

I use a 5 blade wet razor... and it's excellent. No idea what brand it was I bought a 12 pack so long ago I can't remember. I have a heavy beard and those 5 bladers last ridiculously long and give a nice close shave.
Shaving every 2 days, I'm getting as much as 12 months of use from single cartridge, so something like 150-170 shaves before first blood. That's insane.

âoeWould someone tell me how this happened? We were the fucking vanguard of foldables in this industry. The Galaxy Z Fold was the phone to own. Then the other guys dropped a folding phone too. Were we scared? Hell, no. We fired back with the Z Fold2. Bigger screen, better hinge, tougher glass. We defined the category. But you know what happened next? Shut up, Iâ(TM)m telling you what happenedâ"they went dual fold. And now Samsungâ(TM)s out here triple-folding like itâ(TM)s origami season. Meanwhile, Appleâ(TM)s circling, about to drop a foldable wrapped in titanium and smugness. Suddenly weâ(TM)re standing around with our one-fold phones, pretending itâ(TM)s still innovative. Well, fuck it. Weâ(TM)re going to quad fold. Thatâ(TM)s four folds and a stylus slot. For productivity.â
Your phone only folds along one axis? Pathetic. Our new phone has 24 folds. In the side swipe direction! It also has 15 in the vertical direction for 360 times the phone screen. You have a screen for damn near every day of the year! But were we done? Hell no, it also reflects infra red heat and becomes an emergency blanket not that your going to need any more comfort with that big a screen.

"Side note, it would be wrong to call this foldable a “triple-screen foldable” since there are just two displays. Calling it a “tri-fold” is also technically incorrect, as there are two folding hinges, not three. However, the industry widely refers to such foldables as tri-fold, so the incorrect terminology has stuck for now. “Multi-fold” would be a better term, so let’s hope Samsung puts its weight behind this word in some way."
Oh please... The reason they're calling these things bi-folds for a single fold and tri-folds for two folds is because wallets have been using those terms in just that way. The bi- and tri- refer to the number of segments, which is the part that those shopping for wallets cared about. They didn't care that two segments meant one fold, they cared how two segments doubled-over fit in a pocket or purse. Likewise they didn't care that three segments meant two folds, they again cared how it fit where they wanted to store it.
