Hey, it would be cool not to refer to him as simply "Epstein" and always use his first name for reasons which would be obvious to anyone who gave a fuck.
I'm guessing he means it is more of a generic (though Jewish) name. People who live in a place with any sort of Jewish community just see it as a common name, not one exclusively associated with the recent news.
Epstein is not a name that has been completely soiled for most people. And now if we change how we refer to that name, then the bad people win.
So if we treat it just as a normal name, without any special-ness, then we move forward and forget the asshole whose actions shouldn't tarnish the many thou

I only ever heard the name 'Epstein' before that news article, in System Shock 2, where there was the "Epstein-Barr device".
