The European trade committee has decided not to refer ACTA (the Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) to the European Court of Justice, and this is "the first sign that this Parliament is ready to reject ACTA," according to Bernd Lange, the Socialists and Democrats trade spokesman."It was a mistake from the beginning to put counterfeit goods and Internet content in the same agreement.”" Link to Original Source
