kodiaktau writes "Justices are are reviewing arguments from the Obama administration appeal on a court ruling that threw out drug conspiracy because FBI agents had tracked the defendants vehicle using an attached GPS device. The court sees no difference between Beeper and GPS technology and is poised to rule on the need for warrants in attaching a GPS and GPS technology for tracking."
